great location, clean rooms
fantastic location major attractions good tapas atocha station
the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to major attractions. i walked to the prado and reina sofia museums easily. there are many good tapas bars and restaurants nearby. atocha station is convenient too, if you travel around.
my room faced a dark courtyard, so it lacked natural light. the window looked onto a small, dimly lit interior space.

The hotel offers drinking water in the lobby. This is perfect after a long walk. the triple room was spacious and it included a bath. i found this very convenient after exploring the city.

the staff was helpful and assisted with taxi service to the airport. they also helped me plan an evening out. their friendly service, especially when i needed transportation.

the location was great very close to the main railway station.
my request for twin beds was not honoured i found the room looked out onto a small light well. the bathroom door was faulty and did not close properly. it was a bit annoying

the room was a good size it offered enough space for storing my things location was great close to the atocha station and malasaña the bed was big it was also comfortable
the cheaper rooms face inward to a dark courtyard the rooms smelled damp these courtyard rooms face other room windows you could hear people in the bathroom it was pretty gross a cleaning staff member broke my item

central location friendly staff quiet room restful sleep
The hotel location suited me well for city exploration. I walked to numerous museums and enjoyed convenient access to local cafes. The staff consistently displayed friendly smiles and provided really good service. I found the room, with its courtyard view, to be sufficiently quiet for restful sleep.
The rooftop pool differed slightly from its promotional images. However. I still found it refreshing during the heat.

the room was quite clean , and the cleaning service organized my things nicely. i also appreciated that the staff spoke english. the hotel's prices for room service seemed reasonable compared to other places i have stayed.
my room lacked natural light because the window faced a small , interior patio. the hotel provided basic amenities only , with no conditioner or hand cream.

excellent location clean room helpful staff small gym crowded pool slow elevator
the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the room was clean and well kept (it had a great view!). the staff were helpful and friendly, especially at reception.
the gym was quite small. it only had a few machines. the rooftop pool area got crowded in the afternoons (it was hard to find a lounger). the elevator service was sometimes slow, and i waited longer than expected.
